We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and help strengthen the company's financial controls as we continue to grow.This role is responsible for managing AP and AR processes, account reconciliations, financial reporting, billing oversight, and financial analysis.
You'll work closely with Operations and Leadership to ensure financial records are accurate, documentation is complete, and reporting provides clear visibility into the business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.Manage customer invoicing, vendor payments, and cash flow tracking.Ensure financial transactions are accurate, properly documented, and audit-ready.Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and leadership summaries.Monitor financial controls and identify discrepancies or process improvements.Collaborate with Operations to ensure documentation supports billing and financial reporting.Support budgeting, financial analysis, profitability reporting, and business decision-making.Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other financial systems.Qualifications5+ years of experience in accounting, finance,



or financial management.Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and month-end close.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis.Experience with QuickBooks Online (required).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial reporting).
