**What will you do?
**
The Welding Instructor is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to students, ensuring mastery of welding techniques and compliance with safety standards.
They design curricula, oversee practical sessions, and evaluate students' progress to prepare them for certifications and the workforce.
**How will you do it?
**
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in welding techniques, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Evaluate students' performance, providing feedback and guidance to improve their skills.
- Develop and update teaching materials, including manuals, guides, and welding procedures.
- Supervise the proper use of welding equipment, ensuring its maintenance and safety in the classroom.
- Certify personnel under ASME and PED requirements,
ensuring compliance with international regulations.
**What are we looking for?
**
- Diploma in technical education
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial welding and technical training.
- ASME Section VIII, Section IX Certification.
Knowledge in ASME Section V, Section II.
- Strong communication and teaching skills to train students at various levels.
- Ability to interpret welding codes and specifications
- Technical documentation management, including Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and certifications.
