**What will you do?
**
- Develop structural analysis calculations for pressure vessels in compliance with ASME and PED standards.
- Advise engineering teams on updates and changes in codes and directives.
- Prepare technical documentation including design concepts, specifications, and diagrams.
- Conduct feasibility studies for design optimization and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards applicable to pressure vessel design.
**How will you do it?
**
- Utilize advanced analysis software such as ANSYS and Compress to perform structural analysis.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of engineering practices to ensure adherence to standards.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on analysis findings and recommendations.
**What are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pressure vessel design or mechanical product development.
- Proficient knowledge of ASME codes, European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and related standards.
- Experience with stress analysis techniques and familiarity with FEA tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
