What are we looking for:

- Bachelor's Degree - Most Program Managers hold a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience,



preferably with outsourcing or vendor-led projects.
- Spoken and written English.
Able to carry on a conversation without difficulty.
- Certifications - While not always required, certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMP (Program Management Professional) can enhance credibility and career prospects.

Microsoft project experience

Able to lead and direct diverse teams, like teamwork a plus.
Able to travel up to 50% of the time, strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc
