We 're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and knows how to find great talent before the competition does.
In this role, you 'll partner directly with plant leadership and hiring managers to recruit the skilled workforce that keeps manufacturing operations running smoothly.This is not a desk-only recruiting role.

..3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishMust live in Mexico.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles,
and industry trendsProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategiesExperience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiationProven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidatesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metricsExperience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniquesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAdaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challengesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
