Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities:Analyze supply chain performance to identify planning risks, constraints, and opportunities, translating insights into applicable improvementsLead and Contribute to supply chain planning and materials optimization projectsGuide projects by identifying improvement opportunities, defining performance metrics, and managing execution from initiation through closureDeliver training to strengthen organizational understanding of planning concepts, data interpretation, and important performance driversPartner with global planning teams to refine and improve planning tools, parameters, and strategiesDevelop and deliver executive-level presentations on supply chain risks, trade-offs, constraints, and opportunities to support informed decision-makingYou will report to Material Program Team leadThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or related roles within a global, matrixed organizationEnglish 85%Identify risks and opportunities,



and translate insights into clear, applicable recommendationsThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) with a focus in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or StrategyProfessional certifications (e.G., APICS CPIM/CSCP,, or similar)Experience supporting integral supply chain networks across APAC, EMEA, or the AmericasExposure to advanced planning systems, ERP-based tools, or analytics platformsExperience presenting supply chain risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to senior or executive leadershipBackground in materials optimization, inventory strategy, or service risk mitigation projectsExperience optimizing planning tools, parameters, and strategies in partnership with planning teamsExperience leading or contributing to, multi-region programsTailor messaging for both executive and operational audiencescollaborate across departments, regions, and cultures in a matrixed environmentWhat We Offer:Benefits:Saving FundFood coupons.Major medical insuranceRetirement benefitWe are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
