In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, follow up with clients, and support collection efforts to ensure timely payments.
This position is adecuado for someone with strong communication skills, organization, and a customer‐focused mindset.ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on a portfolio of assigned accounts.Contact customers through calls and emails regarding outstanding balances.Update customer account information in the system.Verify customer data to ensure accuracy for automatic payments.Support collection activities to help keep accounts current.QualificationsAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
