In this role, you will lead IT projects end-to-end, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that support business needs.
You will be responsible for managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality, while acting as a key link between business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.Task and ResponsibilitiesLead and manage medium-scale IT projects with direct business impact and defined deadlinesOwn the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, delivery, and closureManage project budgets, track actual spend, and proactively identify and mitigate cost risksDevelop and maintain realistic project plans and ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependenciesEscalate critical risks, decisions, and blockers to senior management and governance bodies when neededEnsure proper change management processes and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off for deliverablesOversee quality reviews and ensure project deliverables meet agreed standardsCoordinate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches depending on project needsBuild strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and decision-makingProvide leadership to project teams and ensure successful delivery within agreed parametersEducation and SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall,
