As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Telecommunications Sales team in Mexico City (CDMX).
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven BPO leader who is passionate about developing people, driving sales performance, and growing within a fast-paced, results-oriented organization.What You'll DoAs the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple inbound telecommunications sales teams, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client satisfaction, and consistent achievement of revenue and service goals.You will partner closely with Workforce Management, Training, Quality Assurance, HR, Recruiting, IT, and Executive Leadership to optimize performance, develop leaders, and continuously improve the customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple telecommunications sales teams in a high-volume BPO contact center environment.Coach, mentor, and develop Supervisors, Team Leaders, and frontline sales professionals.Drive performance against key operational and sales metrics, including Revenue, Conversion Rate, Close Rate, Sales per Hour, Productivity, Quality, CSAT, Attendance, Adherence, and Service Level.Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends, improve performance,



and increase profitability.Partner with Workforce Management to optimize staffing and scheduling.Collaborate with Training and Quality teams to improve sales effectiveness and coaching initiatives.Support client launches, process improvements, and operational initiatives.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and U.S.-based clients.Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Required QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a BPO/contact center environment, including at least 5 years leading telecommunications sales operations supporting inbound sales, customer acquisition, upgrades, retention, and cross-sell/upsell campaigns.Proven success leading high-performing sales operations while consistently achieving revenue targets, client KPIs, and operational objectives.Experience managing Operations Supervisors, Team Leaders, and large sales organizations.Strong understanding of telecommunications sales strategies, contact center operations, forecasting, workforce planning, sales analytics, incentive programs, and performance management.Experience supporting U.S.-based telecommunications clients is required.Advanced analytical, leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based clients and executive leadership.Advanced English proficiency is strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent leadership experience.Direct BPO telecommunications sales leadership experience is required.Candidates without this experience will not be considered.Why Join RUI?
