Bachelors Degree - 3+ Years of experience in structural engineering, execution, design or prototyping for timber, metal and concrete structures - Proven technical leadership experience in development and implementation of large scale, complex projects.
- Excellent working knowledge using MS Excel, AutoCAD, BIM360 and related software - Professional fluency in English and Spanish (C1+)
- built or refurbishment projects - Lead technical program reviews and drive schedule acceleration, cost savings, standardization.
- Define and implement strategies for data collection and provision for Information Management on existing and new real estate assets - Collect and sync feedback from developer, GCs and Consultants and internal stakeholders - Assist Preconstruction and Construction Managers during design reviews, GC procurement, value engineering,



tender reviews - Deep dive on technical details and lead problem resolution on a need basis - Provide expertise for structural sustainable solutions and materials' embedded carbon
- Work experience within field execution, i.e. with General Contractors
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience in fire strategies related to the structural design
- Construction contract and designer contract legal experience
- Cost Management or Quantity Surveying experience
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% across projects in Europe.
- French, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
