We are seeking a highly motivated **Data Analyst** with a background in macroeconomics or experience in the financial services industry to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with ServiceNow incidents that are automatically generated or raised by end users
- Address and resolve data-related issues by following workflows outlined in Confluence
- Escalate cases to clients or senior teams when required
- Validate critical data by referencing the websites of financial organizations and ensure its categorization aligns with macroeconomic categories
- Handle sensitive data, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines and SLA commitments
- Respond to ad hoc, complex, high-priority requests that require advanced analytical skills
- Manage and document workflows and incident resolutions, updating existing documentation as new cases arise
- Coordinate with and escalate unresolved issues to L2 teams
- Monitor and manage incidents and change management processes to ensure smooth operational continuity
- Communicate effectively with external users to address queries and provide support
- Proactively manage cases and prioritize escalations to maintain SLA fulfillment
**Requirements**:
- Expertise in ticketing systems and incident management tools
- ITIL knowledge or certifications are an added advantage
- Strong understanding of macroeconomics, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data trends
- High levels of stress resistance and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills, with English proficiency at B2+ level
