You support our team as
ORDER PROCESSING CLERK (F/M/D)
**Responsibilities**:
- Iniciar el proceso mediante Contract Review (Check list), para validar los recursos previos a la captura.
- Analizar y validar la información contenida en una orden de Compra y su Cotización.




- Capturar en SAP la Orden de Venta dependiendo el tipo de orden.
- Crear o extender Números de parte.
- Recabar información de Ventas, CSR y demás áreas para aclarar lo más posible una Orden entre México y Estados Unidos.
- Adjuntar documentos en SAP y concluir el Contract Review
- Auditor de Órdenes de Venta.
- Registrar y capturar solicitudes de Transferencia de stock entre sucursales.
- Registrar solicitudes de garantías y promociones y administración de stock debidamente autorizadas.
**Qualifications**:
- Recién egresado Licenciatura o técnico en áreas económico-administrativa.
- Inglés conversacional (comunicación constante con USA).
