- Perform credit analysis based on the guidelines established by GMF to make credit decisions assertively within service level agreement established.
- Ensure the compliance of the credit policies and procedures established by GMF Mexico.




- Escalation queue administration.
- Document & map operational procedures, detect opportunities and bring actions to improve results
- Keep track on analysts' productivity by hour, provide visibility and drive team.
- Document the procedure and credit policy errors observed resulted from responding the escalation queue
- Take responsibility for executing the area operational improvement projects.
- Create reports and data analysis to present to management to enhance efficiencies and help on decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Finance, Economics or similar.
- Fluent in both English & Spanish.
- At least +5 years of experience in credit collections, credit risk, lending services or similar; whereas such experience it is preferred in banking or financial companies.
