A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking someone to join our team as a General Services Manager.
**Our requirements are**:
- English proficiency to conduct managerial conversations.
- Study a degree: Administration, Engineering, or similar.
- Maintain good relationships with government agencies and services for processing and payments.
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance, facilities, service providers, and raw materials.
- Knowledge of ISO ***** and HEALTH AND SAFETY standards is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar industries (electronics, metalworking, plastics, automotive).
- Good knowledge of the company's general infrastructure (plans, facilities, construction).
- Lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
**Main duties**:
Implementation of safety, cleaning, and maintenance measures.
Oversee daily operations, which include the maintenance of building or facility equipment and machinery, including: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, lighting systems, machinery, production lines, grounds maintenance, custodianship, security,



and the general appearance of the facility.
Maintains facility preventative maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
Responsible for the EHS area.
