**What will you be doing?
**
- Develop SOPs for Mexico loads in our TMS to ensure streamlined operations and compliance with cross border standards.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers and shippers in Mexico to build a strong network that supports reliable and efficient freight movement.
- Operate as the main point of contact to assist in resolving any issues in Mexico and at the border, including logístical challenges, regulatory hurdles, and any disputes that may arise, to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth operations.
- Help build company culture while embracing Mexican culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment that respects and integrates local customs and traditions.

**Who you are**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-border freight, working with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of international logistics and the processes required for smooth importing and exporting between Mexico and the United States.
- Fluent English Skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
