Provide assist to customers in order to get all load orders ready to go in the system to made company expectations met.
Must be able to communicate adequately in English.
Must be able to perform assigned duties with mínimal supervision after training period, be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
**Duties**:
- Upload cargo loads into the system to ensure that dispatchers can scheduled on time them.
- Provide assistance and information to all customers about their cargo, location and arrival to destination, in regards pickups, transit, and deliveries of various cargo
- Other duties as assigned
**Work Hours (Full time during week)**
7:00 am - 4:00 pm CST Monday to Friday rotating every 6 weeks for Saturday shift

3. Excellent written and verbal skills
4. Degree in Admin or Operations is a big plus
5. Familiarity with basic trucking procedures is desirable.
6. Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.
7. Intermediate MS Excel skills.
8. A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.
