This position is vital in enhancing our HR operations by leveraging data-driven insights to support our workforce management effectively.
In the role of HR Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR-related data to guide strategic decision-making.
Your insights will support talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management initiatives, ensuring that ALTEN Mexico continues to foster a strong organizational culture and thrive.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- 6 months or 1 year of experience in an HR Analyst or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:




- Collecting and analyzing data related to HR metrics such as retention, and employee satisfaction
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of HR information systems and employee records
- Assisting with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries
- Supporting onboarding processes.
- Conducting analysis of employee engagement surveys and preparing reports
- Preparing various HR metrics and reports for senior management to facilitate insights into workforce trends
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
- Ensuring all HR activities comply with legal requirements and internal policies
