BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dynamic Arrays (e.g., FILTER, SORT), and IFERROR for efficient data analysis.
Experienced with Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling.
Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and What-If tools.
Macros and basic VBA scripting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- SQL
