We're looking for a General Ledger Accountant (M/F/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have a direct impact on our success.
You will be part of the Shared Services Center team, supporting the LATAM region.
**About the Role**:
- Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepares and books monthly journal entries
- Provides financial/analytical support to various departments
- Participates in ERP roll-out of new countries
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements
- Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation
- Assist in various areas of financial reporting, month, quarter and year-end close, and/or other daily/monthly accounting processes
- Performs additional duties as assigned
**About You**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- +5 years of experience with solid knowledge in Accounting and Mexican VAT legislation, other LATAM regions legislations would be a plus.
- Experience in IFRS and other areas of accounting (AR/AP/Cash management/Fixed Assets/Inventory)
- Experience with a month end close process, reconciliations, and recording into an ERP
- System experience with ERP required, ORACLE Fusion as a plus
- Accounting certification, e.g. CPA, ACCA or similar is a plus.
- Largely self-directed,



able to seek out objectives and complete them with mínimal management input
- Ability to work under pressure and experience in transformation/transition
- Fluent in English required
