Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze financial data, business processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support business case development.
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation efforts by ensuring clear communication of requirements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in the financial domain to provide strategic insights.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector (banking, investment, insurance, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,



with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulatory environments.
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile/Scrum).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
