The **EHS Manager** (Environment, Health and Safety) is responsible for **designing, implementing, and leading the company's environmental and industrial safety strategy**, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and the promotion of an organizational culture focused on sustainability, occupational health, and the overall well-being of employees.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs related to industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental management.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican official standards and other applicable legal requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and manage inspections from regulatory authorities.
- Lead risk identification, hazard analysis, and environmental impact mitigation programs.
- Coordinate ongoing training for personnel in EHS topics.
- Respond to incidents, conduct accident investigations, and lead corrective and preventive actions.
- Design and manage environmental strategies (waste management, resource efficiency, emissions, etc.).
- Prepare and manage the EHS department budget.
- Promote continuous improvement of the EHS management system through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Represent the company before environmental and safety authorities.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**:



Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with responsibilities in both industrial safety and environmental management.
- **Knowledge**:
- Mexican regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, CONAGUA, PROFEPA).
- Management systems: ISO *****, ISO *****, OHSAS.
- Risk analysis methodologies.
- Waste management, emergency programs, ergonomics, and occupational health.
- **Expert in government procedures related to EHS compliance.
