Position Title: Maintenance and Process Coordinator
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Analyze and troubleshoot plastic injection molding processes to maximize quality and efficiency through process control, as well as propose and implement ideas to improve and maintain stability.
Maintain control over machine performance, ensuring proper operation of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment through preventive maintenance.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Develop and implement process sheets for each piece of equipment or product as needed to achieve process standardization and stability (process control) and thus meet the quality and productivity objectives of the plant's Score Card.
Validate new molds, developing the corresponding process sheets to achieve the Score Card's quality goals.
Ensure that the necessary preventive maintenance plans are followed on the injection lines, contributing to the reduction and elimination of downtime according to established objectives.
Constantly implement process improvements that help reduce downtime and scrap through problem-solving tools.




Perform duties with the highest quality, promoting productivity and continuous improvement to ensure business sustainability and development.
Participate in the validation of training plans and training for department personnel to ensure the correct completion of assigned activities.
Demonstrate complete intolerance for unsafe acts and conditions, and are committed to complying with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Compliance with preventive maintenance plans for all plant equipment and machinery through operational cycle monitoring.
Control of critical refurbishment of machinery and equipment, including consumables and spare parts.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering
Experience 5 years in:
- Process control
- PLC
- Robotics
- Electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics
- Diagram reading
- Plastic injection process
- ISO TS standard
- ISO ***** standard
- Welding
- Proper chemical handling
