**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
- Supervise mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks based on priority and urgency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation laws in both Mexico and the U.S.
- Track maintenance records and unit conditions using fleet management software.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for parts and repairs.
- Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs while maintaining high standards.
- Prepare reports on fleet condition, maintenance schedules, and improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle or fleet maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.




- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with maintenance management software (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and respond to emergencies.
- Willingness to travel several days per week to Colombia, N.L.
- Valid U.S. visa required.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English).
