**Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for formulating and executing sales plans, visiting customers and developing new customers to complete the established sales targets;
2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of marketing policies, ;
3. Responsible for the management and training Dealers;
4. Complete the various indicators issued by the company, implement the company's various policies and marketing plans;
5. Responsible for the collection and feedback of competitor information
6. Assist in expansion of distribution channels and standardize distribution outlets; responsible for regional investment promotion and market development of various channels, search for potential customers, customer maintenance and sales management; assist dealers in formulating sales plans, and assist and supervise implementation
7. Responsible for the establishment and organization of customer files
8. Responsible for the formulation and decomposition of regional customer tasks; customer tracking, demand understanding, plan writing, business negotiation, and contract signing in engineering and retail channels;
9.



Cooperate with various departments within the company to coordinate and improve services;
**Qualifications**:
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of working experience, dealer management and channel management experience, and relevant work experience in CCTV, consumer electronics, IT,smart home, smart lock, etc;
3. Have good interpersonal communication, customer service awareness, teamwork skills, coordination skills, the ability to find and solve problems; be able to adapt to business trips;
4.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English;
5. Diligent and hardworking;
