We are currently seeking a reliable and professional **Dispatcher/Customer Service Agent** to join our remote team in Mexico.
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on location and availability
- Confirm and follow up on appointments with customers
- Update job management systems with notes and status changes
- Assist with rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes
- Communicate with field technicians and management for smooth workflow
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
**Requirements**:




- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatch role
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
- Able to work adaptable hours based on business needs
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience working with a U.S.based company
- Familiarity with service-based industries (HVAC, cleaning, etc.)
