**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Planning and мanagement of the production activities of departments in the long and medium term.
- Control over the development of enterprise plans, setting and monitoring of the implementation of the set plans and tasks on a day/week/month/quarter/half-year/year basis.
- Ensuring of the implementation of the production program in the given nomenclature volume and terms of production.
- Quality control of products, searching of the ways to improve and expand the range.
- Control over the implementation of labor protection standards, industrial hygiene, sanitation, fire safety and safety at work, labor discipline at the enterprise.
- Control over the development of standards for the use of basic consumables.
- Implementation of projects for improvement of the efficiency of production and enterprise
- Introduction of new products and goods into the production program

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- 5-7 years of experience in Production Manager
- English language 85%
- Production systems
- Equipment maintains systems
- Experience in metalworking desired
- Good basic education in science and engineering
- Experience in working with automated production lines
