**We are urgently recruiting for a Sr System Engineer to work for our General Client in Mexico on Hybrid Basis.

**Location - Guadalajara & Mexico City (Hybrid)**
- Extensive Knowledge of Server administration, Cisco, Dell, Windows, and Linux
- Storage administration - Pure, Compellent, Infinidat (nice to have)
- VMWare administration, engineering, and operations
- Data center knowledge - servers, storage, cabling.
Familiarity with racking and cabling servers and storage devices and network connections thereof
- Back up Administration - CommVault and Rubrik a nice to have
- Monitoring Administration - Logic Monitor
- Ability to work from home.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning/organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent reasoning and research skills.

- FTP/SFTP setup and administration
- Understanding of Change Management process
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring
- Ability to carry projects over the finish line with mínimal oversight.
- Ability/requirement to mentor other more associate team members.
- AWS administration, engineering, and operations
- Azure administration, engineering, and operations
**Over 15 years Global Niche IT industry experience, with a particular focus on D365 (Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, SharePoint, BI, SQL,.
NET and Full Microsoft Stack, Java, J2EE, SAP and Oracle.
