Is responsible for supervising and coordinating the human and material resources of the production area under its charge, ensuring that production objectives and quality specifications are met through monitoring of the "5 Correct".
The Production Supervisor plans, coordinates and supervises the Production/Manufacturing process of existing and new products, as well as its production lines ensuring the Quality System procedures regulated.
Experiência y requisitos
- 2 years experience as a production supervisor / personnel management - Bachelor ́s degree in engineering Industrial/Bioengineering or related field - Experience in line balancing (adjusting to changing demand).
- Project Management - Excel Skills, Tress, Oracle - Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing -English spoken 80% as minimum.
