Aim:
Plan, coordinate and ensure the availability of components to cover the established production plans and indirect material requirements, maintaining communication with the areas involved, as well as processing requisitions and ensuring deliveries of consumable materials, to ensure compliance with the objectives established by the organization.
Activities:
- Analyze requirements and send purchase orders (to suppliers and requesters), quoting and evaluating the best option, supplying indirect purchases.
- Evaluating the best option.
- Offer of indirect purchases.
- Guarantee payments are applied within the established times.
- Ensure that vendor statements are kept up to date.
- Keep the report of New Spare Parts Orders updated,



analyzing the availability of materials and the priorities of the customers, to have an optimal delivery and after-sales process in accordance with the established standards.
