We are an "Executive Assistant Agency" that matches elite founders and executives to world-class EAs.
In this particular role, you will be paired (full-time) with a CEO of a startup (does)
**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST**Pay Range**:
- $800-$**** monthly based on experience
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Refine Recruitment Systems and SOPs**:
- **Manage End-to-End Recruiting Process**:
- **Create and Maintain Talent Pipelines**:
- **Collaborate with Leadership**:
- **Implement Data-Driven Recruitment Practices**:
- **Oversee Onboarding Processes**:
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for remote roles, particularly executive assistants
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
**Skills**:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal




- Advanced proficiency in tools like G Suite, Notion, and ATS platforms (experience with ChatGPT is a plus)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and improving recruitment metrics
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
**Technical Requirements**:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).
- Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
- A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
