- Accounts Receivable Supervisor role in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico._**
**_Responsibilities_**_ _
- _Should have team handling experience of at least 6+ years with a size of 10 to 12 team members.
_
- _Should possess excellent communication skills _
- _Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts _
- _Client Management
- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation _
- _Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention _
- _Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements _
- _Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities _
- _Perform daily internal audit Qualifications_
**_ Minimum qualifications_**
- _Graduate in Commerce _
- _Relevant work experience on Invoice to cash transactional activities _
- _Strong English language skills (verbal and written) _
- _Strong analytical skills and attention to detail _
- Customer service orientation - Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred qualifications _
- _Experience in Invoice to cash domain _
- _Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders _
- _Ability to handle a team size of 10 to 12 members _
