Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:
**Customer and Account Specialist - Conversational English (Entry Level)**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles (internships included).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Good attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Conversational English (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of the financial market (desirable but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing and following up with outbound clients, ensuring effective communication and fostering long-lasting relationships.
- Provide timely assistance to clients through online chat and other communication channels.
- Address inquiries and issues related to products and services under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help guide clients through the account registration process and document verification.




- Review and verify client documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, under supervision.
- Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.
- Maintain clear, professional, and precise communication with clients in English and Spanish.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and increase retention, sharing insights with the team.
- Collaborate with the business development team to support growth initiatives in Latin America and Southeast Asia.
- Stay updated on the company's products and services through training and self-study.
- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.
**Salary Range and Compensation Package**:
- Base salary: 17,000 MXN net per month.
- Quarterly bonus: Based on performance.
- Grocery vouchers: 3,150 MXN per month.
- Location: Avenida Santa Fe (next to Parque La Mexicana).
- Work modality: In-person.
- Working days: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
