As Process and Methods Specialist, you will:
- Learn & Develop Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power App Tools for North America Supplier Quality systems
- Provide coaching to SQE's/suppliers to close out aging Global Issue Management Issues (GIMS)
- Organize and maintain Team sites with appropriate information, i.e., FAQ's, work instruction, etc., in order to direct Supplier Quality Engineer's to needed information for increased job performance/efficiency
- Provide coaching to Supplier Quality organization for all Supplier Quality IT systems
- Make recommendations for modifications or technical solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Support the development of Supplier Quality Leadership Goals
- Interact with the General Teams to develop new tools and processes
**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**:




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
- Success working with Power BI, SQL, & Palantir
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Ability to analyze and prioritize work to meet objectives
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Supplier Quality Processes and IT Systems
- Excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to create dashboards with Power BI
- Develop & Maintain SharePoint sites
- Ability to develop PowerApps & Power Automate Flows
