As a Manager, Software Engineering iOS, you will lead and manage a scrum team of highly skilled iOS developers and be responsible for designing, building, and delivering medical grade mobile applications and SDKs.
This is a highly visible role in the organization where you will get a lot of visibility and recognition for your work.
This role involves taking ownership and delivering features on time with quality and the support from cross functional teams.
Candidates should be a technical leader with experience in leading teams, coaching engineers and delivering production-quality software.
Responsibilities: Lead and Manage Scrum teams of iOS software developers both local and remote Engage in early stages of development to create/refine/review requirements and specifications Work with product managers and architects to understand requirements and system design and lead the engineering team to decompose them into low-level software design and components An excellent team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in scoping, prioritizing, planning, designing and execution.
