Let's shape progress together.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Test Engineer to join our global technology team.
This position is responsible for developing and executing performance and automation tests.
You will plan and execute effective and efficient testing strategies to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality software products and services.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute automated and performance testing for assigned projectsCollaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering,



and Operations teams to plan testing and ensure product qualityMaintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needsWork with QA/Testing staff, technical leads, and subject matter experts to plan and execute testsReport issues and results, research root causes, and document findingsEnsure testing aligns with agreed requirements and quality standardsResearch and implement tools that enhance testing capabilities and product qualityIdentify opportunities to apply automation and other tools to meet testing needsInvestigate root causes of performance issues in collaboration with architects, developers, and system engineersConduct project reviews and implement quality control proceduresEnhance methodologies for test planning, defect tracking, and reportingParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementationMaintain documentation for internal and external IT auditsCollaborate across teams to improve QA/testing processesIdentify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiencyEnsure root cause analysis results are addressedRequirements2+ years of QA Test Engineering experienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,



or equivalent experience requiredProven ability to develop and execute automated and performance testingExperience in Cypress | PlaywrightStrong project management and research skillsKnowledge of process improvement and industry trendsUnderstanding of budgets and cost-effective testing practicesFamiliarity with continuous improvement practicesGood oral and written communication skillsAdvanced written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaborationWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
