As an Intern, you will be a key player in ensuring our most ambitious projects (including large-scale government initiatives) are executed with precision and agility.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Capture and document key activities, helping to design the tracking formats that keep everything on track.Real-Time Monitoring: Update the status of projects in execution and maintain direct communication with teams so no one loses the beat.Risk Management: Identify and communicate barriers or delays before they become problems.Executive Reporting: Support the creation of dashboards and high-level reports for the leadership team.Document Management: Act as the guardian of documentation for robust government projects (organization, printing, and archiving).




Key Deliverables Under Your ChargeDetailed planning registers.Weekly project execution status reports.Updated risk and barrier matrix.Communication and team tracking logs.Adecuado Candidate ProfileEducation: Active student in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields (with approximately 2 years remaining until graduation).
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is your best friend).
Tech‐Savvy: Proactive use of Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to optimize tasks.Languages: English level B1 (Desirable).
Availability: Morning shift.
