Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Asesor Inmobiliario at Grupo Orve, based in Mérida, YUC, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work from home.
The Asesor Inmobiliario is responsible for prospecting and following up with potential buyers and sellers, scheduling and conducting property visits, and maintaining an updated portfolio of available listings.
The role includes advising clients on property features, market conditions, financing options, and legal aspects of real estate transactions, while preparing and reviewing basic documentation and coordinating with internal teams.
The Asesor Inmobiliario will manage leads using CRM tools, prepare presentations and property listings, participate in sales events, and meet agreed sales and service targets.
Daily activities require clear, professional communication with clients, proactive negotiation, and continuous market research to identify new business opportunities.QualificationsStrong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide clear, professional guidance.Sales and negotiation skills,



with experience in meeting targets, handling objections, and closing real estate or similar transactions.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings, visits, and follow-ups efficiently.Basic knowledge of real estate processes, local market trends in Mérida and Yucatán, and legal or financial aspects related to property transactions.Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, email, messaging platforms, and basic office software for documentation and reporting.Ability to work in a hybrid mode, combining field work with remote tasks, and to collaborate effectively with internal teams.High level of integrity, customer service orientation, and professionalism when representing Grupo Orve.Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; completion of relevant training or certifications in real estate or sales is beneficial.Fluency in Spanish; basic English communication skills are a plus.
