**Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Project Director**
**Job Overview**:
The Senior Project Manager / Project Director is responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level.
The individual will ensure that projects align with organizational goals and deliver expected outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement project strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define project scope and deliverables.
- ** Leadership**: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring all team members are aligned and motivated to achieve project goals.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and partners, to facilitate communication and manage expectations.
- ** Resource Management**: Oversee resource allocation and budget management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
Make adjustments as necessary to optimize resource utilization.
- ** Risk Management**: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance.

**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- ** Experience**: A minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Experience in a leadership role is essential.
- ** Certifications**: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent certifications are nice to have
