We are hiring a **QA Tester Developer**to assure the quality of our code across our entire digital customer experience organization.
You will be responsible for utilizing both manual and automated testing to verify our software meets customer expectations, reviewing user stories, and providing technical specifications.
In addition, you will continuously improve testing methodology, document procedures, collaborate with teams across the organization, and help create and maintain optimized processes, policies, and procedures.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Responsible for assuring the quality of our code across the entire digital customer experience organization.
- Testing, using both manual and automated testing, on a variety of software products to verify our software meets the quality standards as expected by our customers.
- Reviewing user stories and providing technical specifications.
You will do this by working with our Product Line business tester to create test plans.
- Strive to continuously Improve testing methodology and tools.
- Reporting, documenting and organizing issues found within the software.
- Documenting testing procedures and how they are applied to our software.
- Contribute to the deployment process through helping to document, maintain and distribute release notes and instructions
- Participation in agile/scrum teams while providing feedback on software designHelp in creating, implementing, executing, and guarding optimized processes, policies, and procedures

**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Minimum of 2 years of experience being proficient in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Java, and JavaScript.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development.Knowledge of agile development methodologies
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Proficient in the use of Cypress Test, Selenium, and Playwright tools
- Willingness to perform manual testing
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL
- Analytical thinker with strong critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills at all levelsStrong curiosity and desire for continuous learning.
