Work directly with new products as a packaging engineer under guidance from the packaging engineer.
You will design, test document and implement packaging for Resideo products.
You will be responsible for cost savings through re-designs of packaging.
You will develop common designs across business units.
Partner with internal and external contacts including: marketing, project managers, process managers, operations, logistics, customers, suppliers.
You will have the opportunity to work with many products and packaging material solutions.
Protect and sell Resideo products in a growing industry.
Create innovative designs aligning with voice of customer.

**JOB DUTIES**:
- Revise drawings specifications, general assemblies and packing instructions.
- Create and follow up the engineering change implementation process thru completion with their specific location and implementation team.
- New product packaging design.
- Cost savings redesign projects.
- Supplier relations.
- Create packing instruction and specifications.
- Packaging distribution testing (ASTM, ISTA).
- Damage reduction / investigation.Usage of TOPS.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- CAD Software experience: ArtiosCAD design software preferred.
- Ability to read,



mark-up and make changes to general engineering documentation.Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
