**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Record, edit, and produce high-quality audio and video content
- Ensure professional sound quality, smooth transitions, and consistent editing style.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create promotional assets.
- Develop and produce multimedia projects for various platforms, including social media and internal campaigns.
- Create engaging audiovisual content, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Operate and maintain production equipment such as cameras, microphones, lighting, and audio consoles.
- Manage multimedia projects from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Communication, Audiovisual Design, or a related field.
- Multimedia production certifications (preferred).
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in audio and video editing software (Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).




- **Familiarity with podcasting platforms and distribution tools.
**:
- Strong knowledge of multimedia production techniques, including video, audio, and photography.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
**Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in multimedia production, content creation, or podcast editing.
- Demonstrable experience in podcast production is a strong plus.
- Portfolio showcasing audiovisual projects and social media content.
