Metalworking company is looking for:
Manufacturing Engineer
2 to 4 years of experience in the position
Objective: Develop technologies and methodologies to optimize assembly processes, generate standard documentation, provide appropriate tools, implement 5S, support prototypes and special projects, and lead teams with effective communication skills to meet company objectives.
Required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the position
- Availability of schedule
- Conversational English
- Experience in metalworking
Main activities
- Develop and update assembly processes and generate work instructions.
- Implement Poka-yoke devices to avoid errors in the process.
- Analyze defects in the field, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Implement and lead 5S in production areas, advising on its implementation.




- Lead prototype runs and special projects
- Balancing lines and workloads according to company priorities.
- Training operational staff to develop technical skills.
- Controlling inventories in production areas, ensuring the functionality of tools.
**Skills**:
Developing new technologies, Teamwork, Quality in the process and products, implementation of ergonomic work stations, management of work teams.
Schedule, Availability to rotate shifts
