Objective:
To coordinate, assign, execute, and supervise the proper implementation of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs for the systems, machinery, and equipment under responsibility.
This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, installation and repair of various equipment and systems related to the operation and effective functioning of the production process and the plant as a whole.
Additionally, the supervisor will determine material, equipment, and tool supply needs, presenting budgets from suppliers to management that ensure better quality and pricing.
Knowledge and Proven Experience in:
- Plastic injection molding machines, including mold setup and injection process monitoring, as well as troubleshooting and resolving molding process issues.
- Operation of air compressors.
- Electrical and electronic systems.
- Hydraulic presses and skills in pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.




- PLC programming skills (desirable).
- Experience in automation (desirable).
- Application of Kaizen processes and 5S methodology.
- Multitasking activities.
- Personnel management.
- Safety training.
Experiência y requisitos
- Ingeniería en Mecatrónica (Deseable) u otro que avalen sus conocimientos (Estudios comprobables).
- Alto grado de responsabilidad por la Seguridad.
- Experiência comprobable.
- Disponibilidad de Horario.
- Disponibilidad para Viajar.
Visa Vigente (Deseable).
Sueldo en base a experiência y dominio de las funciones.
