The position will be physically based in Guadalajara, Mexico working in a hybrid model.

**What You Will Do**
- Support in administrative activities which include to the vendors management, invoicing, capture and generation of various databases related to hiring, expenses, etc.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- E xperience in customer service or administrative activities.




- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook -scheduling complex meetings (working with various time zones, multiple attendees, locations, and details).
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience in a Human Resources, Administrative Support function, or project management/coordination role.
