This role generally requires a strong background in engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of Lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.

**SKILLS AND EDUCATION**

- English 75% or higher
- Experience in similar roles

- Lean Manufacturing Certification
