Descripción del trabajo The Project Controls Intern will support the Project Controls team in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting project performance.
This role provides hands-on experience in cost control, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial reconciliation.
The intern will help maintain accurate project data, ensuring alignment between budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures while supporting timely reporting and informed decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with project cost control activities, including tracking budgets, commitments, and presente expenditures.
Support financial reconciliation of project costs, ensuring consistency across systems and reports.
Maintain and update project control tools, dashboards, and tracking logs.
Assist in monitoring project progress and supporting cost control activities.
Collect, validate, and consolidate project data for reporting purposes.
Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and project forecasts.
Identify discrepancies in project data and assist with resolution efforts.




Ensure compliance with internal project control procedures and reporting standards.
Provide analytical and administrative support to the Project Controls team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
No prior professional experience required; internships or relevant coursework are a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Intermediate English proficiency.Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast‐paced environment.
