You will drive sustainable growth, oversee operations, and build high‐performing teams while delivering exceptional event experiences aligned to business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the country's growth strategy, including long‐term planning and business expansionOversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality event delivery and operational excellenceAct as the public face of RX Mexico, building and maintaining key external relationshipsDrive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and alignment across teamsMonitor performance metrics and implement improvements to grow revenue and optimize costsEnsure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standardsLead, develop, and engage high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive cultureOwn full P&L; accountability, ensuring sustainable and profitable growthRequirementsProven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership roleStrong track record of managing P&L; responsibilityDemonstrated success leading large and complex teams, including matrix and indirect structuresExperience operating within multinational organizationsStrong understanding of corporate governance, compliance,
