To execute the SWCM and SRP processes, ensuring IVS sections and Jira tickets are updated for all software releases.
To create software structures in IVS as specified by the assigned commodity's software delivery for various ECUs within the In‐Vehicle Software database.
To manage ECU placeholders within the correct network, following vehicle network specifications.
To transfer completed software parts to the development packages as required.
To run IVS database checkers and resolve any non‐compliance items.
To verify that all ECU software loaded into production vehicles is present and accurate within the IVS database.
To report software delivery status for assigned commodities across all vehicle programs under development.
To support the resolution of field issues related to software malfunctions or updates by creating Service Actions and software release corrections in the IVS database for assigned ECUs.
To maintain updated IVS sections within the Spot Check, Service Actions, and DSP Concerns health charts for all assigned items.
Requirements
Education Level – bachelor's degree or equivalent




Preferred Degree – Bachelor of Engineering
2+ years of experience in Software Release Management or a related field.
Strong affinity for the automotive industry, particularly in electronic systems and programming.
Advanced English proficiency (90%+) in reading, writing, and speaking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Demonstrable programming skills.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution.Knowledge of embedded systems is highly desirable.
