Job Description
Lead and coordinate the Quality Technician team to ensure proper execution of failure analysis activities project follow-up, material readiness, workshop support, and effective communication between Quality Engineers and Technicians.
Conocimientos, Experiencia y Habilidades
Basic knowledge of Power Tool assembly and functionality.
Microsoft Office, Power BI.
3-5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Test Lab or related field.
Intermediate English level.
Knowledge of GD&T;, measurement tools, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5 Whys.
Leadership, accountability, analytical thinking, effective communication, decission-making, project follow up, and ability to work under pressure.
Actividades a Realizar
Coordinate and execute daily activities related to the Quality Team.
Lead ORT- related projects to ensure compliance with criteria and schedule.
Serve as the main communication channel between Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians.
Manage tool workshop activities, including stored tools, scrap process, and material control.
