and business support functionsDevelop and lead teams while driving continuous improvement, productivity, cost optimization, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance initiativesWhat Makes You The Right FitBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field5–7 years of experience managing warehousing, facilities, administration, transportation, security, or operational support functions within a manufacturing environmentProven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performanceAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAPStrong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and facility operationsExperience managing budgets, contractors, service providers, and operational expendituresKnowledge of security management, asset protection, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation programsStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsHow Would You Stand Out?
